Booking

All appointments are to be booked through the website only. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure an appointment, but it will not be charged, unless you have purchased a Massage Package. Massage Packages are to be paid in full during the time of purchase. I accept cash and card payments only. Once booked, an email confirmation will be sent. Another reminder will be sent via text and email 24 hours prior to appointment.

Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, their session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose sessions follow theirs. If clients are more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will be cancelled and would have to be rescheduled.

Cancellation/No Show

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 late-cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up at all for their appointments will automatically be charged the full cost of the service.
